The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh towels provided daily, and the well-equipped kitchen exceeded all my needs, making me feel right at home. The welcoming receptionist not only greeted us warmly but also assisted in organizing a taxi for our excursion to the Rila 7 Lakes, showcasing exceptional hospitality. The convenient location near the town and the free espresso added an extra touch of comfort to the experience, making it truly exceptional.
